PALEOPETRO initially started as a company primarily focused on geological laboratory work, specifically to support oil and gas exploration activities by specializing in integrating laboratory data with ongoing studies, thus facilitating clients.

PALEOPETRO emphasizes the integration of paleontological and petrographic data with high-quality analytical work.

However, as the company developed, in addition to conducting laboratory work, PALEOPETRO utilized its expertise in geological research, such as Biostratigraphy studies, Sequence Stratigraphy, Regional and Petroleum System studies, and studies on oil and gas blocks for prospect and lead determination, reserve calculations, POD (Plan of Development), new venturing, Due Diligence, Farm-In/Farm-Out. Field trips and workshops related to oil and gas exploration are regularly organized, along with geological laboratory activities.

Assessment, correction, and sustainable improvement of management and health and safety performance
Require each employees report all accident, near miss, hazards and responsible for working safely which complying with company safety regulations and Indonesian Law concerning HSE matters
Carry out regular inspections to identify and reduce potential hazards, conduct internal audit as of schedule and follow up the result for accident prevention as early as possible
Develop HSE training for all employees
